Venison Recipes

Do you have a favorite venison recipe?  Send it to
Sweet Potato Pecan Sausage Balls


  • 3 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups sweet potatoes mashed
  • 1 pound cooked venison sausage (well drained)
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans


Combine all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on greased sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until brown.
