Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups sweet potatoes mashed

- 1 pound cooked venison sausage (well drained)
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans
|
Directions
Combine all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on greased sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until brown.
