Ingredients
- ½ pound of
venison pan sausage
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 10 slices white bread

Directions
Preheat broiler. Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Transfer drained sausage to bowl; stir in cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions and
Worcestershire sauce. Cut crusts from bread. Cut each slice into 4 squares on
non-greased baking sheet; place under hot broiler just until cheese melts and fillings bubble.
